Firstly, “Standard support”, with support during normal working hours. The second option for those requiring support outside office hours amitego provides “7 × 24-hour support”.

Support enquiries will be handled promptly. For example, a Priority 1 with a 24/7 support contract guarantees a response time of 2 hours. amitego will automatically notify businesses when the processing status of an inquiry changes.
